Hard-cooked eggs

Gently place 1 dozen eggs in pot. Cover with lots of water. Bring water to a rolling boil. Remove from heat, and let sit in water for 15 minutes. Gently drain eggs and rinse with cold water. Dye (if desired), peel, and enjoy.

I remember reading the directions froma book once about how to hardboil eggs. It was funny reading about something that I thought I knew how to do, but really didn't! They do work much better with this method.
